When reporting an app problem
The following details help us investigate a problem:

- the country and language selected in the app
- short steps that reproduce the problem
- any error message, without unnecessary personal information
Do not send passwords, credentials or other confidential information. The NewsPulse app has no user accounts, and support never needs sign-in details for other services.
Privacy
The app has no accounts, persistent user or device identifiers, or third-party analytics. Details about local settings, API requests, the optional anonymous usage estimate, external news links and sharing are available in the privacy policy.
